Free Evening in Paris after work day

After listening to all the ins and outs of leading a tour we were taken on a walking tour of the nothern section Paris where the likes of Picasso created their art in the late 19th and early 20th centuries . . . actually saw the apartment where Picasso lived a very picturesque part of town.

This is also near the nieghborhood where the Moulin Rouge is located although we did not actually pass by that location.

After a dinner with 5 other teachers in a sidewalk cafe we walked on to the Arc de Triumph which I'd visited earlier in my trip but this time it was about dusk and we took the elevator up to the top and took a few shots of the city from that vantage point.

One more shot of the Eiffel Tower . . . one of us, not me wanted to walk over to the tower from this location but I'm afraid that I started a movement to head back which spread through out the other 4 participants and we headed back to the hotel.

I've showered and done some editing but it is late and I need some sleep for Versailles tomorrow . . . our last full day in France.
